We have two Hyper-V 2012 Failover clusters and both have been built and configured identically. However, when we look at the HKLM\Cluster registry entries they differ. The first cluster has a large number of cluster common properties all written into this registry key but these entries are not present on any other Hyper-V cluster.
If we run get-cluster | fl * in both clusters all values are the same.
Both clusters have been built using VMM 2012 SP1.
We have not facing any production loss or functionality issue in any Cluster. It is more of a query as to what could have caused these values to be written to the registry as both clusters need to be configured identically.
