Cluster Share Storage Fail

Hi

I have two Windows 2012 Server,

they configuration to became a cluster enviroment,

but the share storage is failover,

If the storage is been repaired,

How do I repair my cluster enviroment?

just to recreate the quorom?

or I must have the other step?
