STATUS_CLUSTER_CSV_AUTO_PAUSE_ERROR not fixed with KB2848344

We are still receiving the following errors when DPM 2012 SP1 tries to backup the VMs on the Cluster Nodes.

Cluster Shared Volume 'Volume6' ('Cluster Disk 6') is no longer available on this node because of 'STATUS_CLUSTER_CSV_AUTO_PAUSE_ERROR(c0130021)'. All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is re-established.

Software snapshot creation on Cluster Shared Volume(s) ('\\?\Volume{XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}\') with snapshot set id '{XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}' failed with error 'HrError(0x0000139f)(5023)'. Please check the state of the CSV resources and the system events of the resource owner nodes.

We are running the following configuration.

DPM 2012 SP1 with the following update
-KB2822782 (Update Rollup 2 for SP1)

Windows Server 2012 fully patched with the following hotfixes added.
- KB2838669
- KB2848344

IBM DS3524 with the latest firmware. All IBM x3650 server have the latest firmware and drivers.

Using Dual Port IBM (Emulex) 8GB Fiber Channel HBAs with latest firmware and drivers.

IBM has confirmed the configuration is good.

I have confirmed all ODX drivers show 3 by running the following
Get-ItemProperty hklm:\system\currentcontrolset\services\FsDepends -Name "SupportedFeatures"

I have tried disabling the ODX option on each cluster node by running the following and then evening rebooting all the nodes.
Set-ItemProperty hklm:\system\currentcontrolset\control\filesystem -Name "FilterSupportedFeaturesMode" -Value 1

I have tired reenabling it and trying again.
Set-ItemProperty hklm:\system\currentcontrolset\control\filesystem -Name "FilterSupportedFeaturesMode" -Value 0

Any help would be much appreciated as we having been trying to resolve these issues for 3 weeks and nothing seems to be fixing the problems.
