What is the best way to achieve redundancy in presenting shared folders to users in Windows server 2012 R2

Hi. I am looking for the best way how to use Windows server 2012 R2 for presenting SAN storage to end users for general use. Current setup is one 2008 R2 VM on hyper-v cluster connected to SAN storage. Clients are Windows 7 machines.
