Hyper-V Clustering - remove a node

I have a hyper-v cluster with 4 nodes (Windows 2008 R2) but i'd like to remove one of the nodes to be used somewhere else.  Am I right in thinking I need to:

Remove all vm's running on the machine to another

Evict the machine from the cluster

Run validate this cluster
