Some VMs are failed state frequently on Server 2012 R2 Hyper-v Cluster

Hi, everyone, thanks a lot for your time.

We have 4 nodes Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V cluster. Some Virtual Machines go into failed state on one of nodes. When I check cluster logs I see these errors. (Event ID 1069)

Cluster resource 'Virtual Machine XXXXX' of type 'Virtual Machine' in clustered role 'XXXXX' failed.

Based on the failure policies for the resource and role, the cluster service may try to bring the resource online on this node or move the group to another node of the cluster and then restart it.  Check the resource and group state using Failover Cluster Manager or the Get-ClusterResource Windows PowerShell cmdlet.

Another virtual machines runs normally.

Any suggestion on resolving this problem?
