SQL Always on + CNO

Hi ,

I have to install sql 2012 always on on windows server 2012 R2

I will using domain user for installing fail-over cluster and i will create CNO by following the below link

Question : what is the different between cno and vco ?

suppose i am using domain user : clus-user

now i hav to install sql server with always on

question : which user shall i use ?

can i use user : clus-user ?

If i use another user what is the permission shall assign to this user to install DAG ?

MY misunderstand : The users and permissions for installing DAG 2012?
