Multiple servers, VM's, redundancy

Hello,

So to keep this relatively simple, I am going to try and explain what I am trying to do and maybe someone can help me out.

I have 5 Dell R610 servers. I want to use one of those servers, with Server 2012R2 installed on it, to be redundant in case it fails, and manage the remaining servers. By manage, I mean this...I want to be able to create a new VM utilizing one of the other servers hard drives and resources. That way, I can potentially install 1 VM per extra server, depending on how many resources I need to use. THese VM's will need to have some sort of failover in case one of those servers fails.

I've been reading a lot on high availability and replication for the VM's, but still am not sure if I can do what I want, or how to...so any help is appreciated!!
