I have a 2-node cluster utilizing FSW for quorum. Nightly I keep getting event ID's 1069 , 1564 (FSW resource failed to arbitrate for the file share). Then the cluster nodes are removed from cluster because quorum can't be reached, cluster service terminates, the AVG resource tries to fail over but gets a duplicate IP address and stops. So in the end the AVG usually stays on original node but other cluster resources are failed over to other node.
The permissions and security on the FSW share are wide open for now.
Has anyone run into issues with FSW and cluster stability?
