HyperV cluster lost the connection to the LUN unexpectedly and restored, caused VM down

Hi guys, i have a case here:  

my Hyperv 2008r R2 clusters use 8 nodes HP Blade Proliant 460c G7  to form up  and storage is HP EVA.  My CSV are 2TB each. 

Recently, my cluster keep receiving errors lost connection to storage and restored.

Event ID: 5120

The listed message is: Cluster Shared Volume 'Volume2' ('HyperV1 Disk') is no longer available on this node because of 'STATUS_MEDIA_WRITE_PROTECTED(c00000a2)'. All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished.

Ownership of cluster disk "Lun012_xxxxx" has been unexpectedly lost by this node.  Run the validate a configuration wizard to check your storage configuration

Whenever it occured, my Virtual machine will goes down and require reboot for windows and Linux.  Please advise any way to fine tune this.  Thank you.
