Does Win2008 MSCS cluster software and server bindings relationship?

The virtual machine virtual uses the remote storageof direct mapping  by PVSICS technology, when the virtual machine through HA change the host, why MSCS services will be abnormal, often IO Catton, but  after restarting the MSCS service,the virtual machine‘s  IO becomes normal, Is it right?  Does the Win2008 MSCS and physical serverbindings  some relationship?
