Clustering and Load Balancing

hi

I understand that for exchange server I can't have both mailboxes clustered and client access server load balanced on the same server. I can understand this because of the Exchange mailboxes and CAS are part of the same product.

however, my question is: is it possible to configure failover clustering for file servers (2 node) and on them same two nodes perform load balancing for web server IIS? does it allow the install of both clustering and LB, or does it just prevent you from getting that far?
