Questions about renaming the components of a cluster and changing the clusters RAID configuration

I have two questions about administrating a two node Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Hyper-V cluster that I am currently supporting at my job.

The first question how do you rename the cluster it’s self, each of its nodes, and the cluster shared volume (CSV)?

The second question is, our CSV is currently running on a QNAP TS-EC879U-RP NAS attached to our two Cisco USC C220 M3S nodes via an iSCSI connection. The drives on the NAS are formatted with two LUNs, one that houses the quorum, and one that contains the CSV. My question is that right now the NAS’s drives are formatted in a RAID 6 configuration. I would like to change that to a RAID 10 configuration. How would I go about doing this?
