When creating a new WFC the cluster fails to create. and the following message appears in the Create Cluster Report.

Set password on securitydb. There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
The account used to create the cluster is a Domain Administrator Account. We have tried to let Cluster manager create the node as well as manually create the node with open security permission and disabled the computer object.
