"The [computer_name] does not have failover clustering feature installed. Use server manager to install the feature on this computer"

I have got this error message prompted when trying to add the first node, whereby I have already have the failover feature installed in node 1 and node 2. I am running windows server 2008 standard version at the moment, and have all the necessary clustering setting done such as: joined domain, shared disk, and etc. And is facing this problem when trying to run/validate configurations from "failover clustering management".
