Programmatically detect if auto-failback will not be honored?

Hi. So I've been reading threads explaining that an autofailback occurs when the original failover was not manually performed.

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/0b405024-2dfe-4ffb-9890-aa349eb9f74d/activeactive-cluster-failback-not-happening?forum=winserverClustering

I was wondering if there is something I can programmatically identify that failback will not occur in the future (other than waiting a couple of days to realize it)?

I went down the route of reviewing the WMI class "MSCluster_ResourceGroup" since it stores the AutoFailback properties for the Resource Group, but didn't find anything. I was expecting to find some bit-flag that would determine if conditions were ideal for autofailback.
