I'm Facing similar issue:
The server 'FQDN name' could not be added to the cluster. Keyset does not exist on Member Server 2012 R2 while trying to add an old node back to the cluster after rebuilding the node.
The error at the beginning of the node add process is: Unable to successfully cleanup. Keyset does not exist
All the Node prerequisites are the same and mimiq original config of Active node in system environment including network config.
All the roles and features are the same between running node and rebuilt node.
Shared Disks configuration is 3PAR based and have not changed since initial eviction of rebuilt node.
Events for FailoverClustering are not registering the fault
