CSV's are owned by standby member

We are running SQL Server in our Cluster Failover environment. At some point over the last 3-4 days, one of the 2 Cluster File Volumes switched owners, and is now owned by a standby member in the cluster. The SQL Server instance and the other node still have the same owner.

There are 2 errors in the Event Log, each of which are pointing at the two CSV's. There's a "Microsoft-Windows-Defrag' process that failed against both volumes. While they don't sound like the culprit, I'm not sure what else could have caused one of the CSV's to defect to the standby node.

Is there a way to configure these CSV's so that they are always owned by the same node as the SQL Server instance? I'm assuming that's the ideal scenario for optimal performance.

Thanks,
