Manual Failover and move Avilability Group to Remote site DR Node

Hi friends.

SQL Server 2012 always on availability group setup.

OS: Windows 2012 R2 standard Edition, DB -SQL SERVER 2012  enterprise edition

Total 3 Nodes, Two Nodes for Local sites and one node for Remote site with SANLESS cluster AlwaysON setup
There is no quorum witness configuration due to quorum witness by Node majority level (odd number of total 3 Nodes)

As per above setting done in always on availability group database Node1 and Node2 automatic
failover and schronized mode. Remote site Node database is manual failover and schronized mode with no data loss.

POC testing done in local site.

Local site node 1 and 2 are working fine for manul failover testing by using AG Name -right click-failover in node2 and Node1
also AG Listener connecting at client side automatically with local subnet listener IP.

How to move AG availability Group Name to remote site in Node3? does it required to move cluster name object in node3 by manually?
Please guide me and what are the steps should be follow? and what are the POC testing need to be done in this setup?

Note: Already changed these values HostRecordTTL=60 and RegisterAllProvidersIP =0 for multi subnet AG setup by using powershell command also done force DNS registration with help of this URL  for avoiding connection time out errors whenever move AG name primary to seconday (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/alwaysonpro/archive/2014/06/03/connection-timeouts-in-multi-subnet-availability-group.aspx)

Thanks
