High latency

Hi,

I encountered weird situation where high latency happened when I ping to ip address of Windows Failover Cluster (WFC) and SQL Instance. The ping resulted return average 10-15ms 

However, when I ping to ip address of server node itself, the ping resulted return 1ms.

Is this normal behaviors when we ping to ip address of WFC and SQL instance?
