Hello,
I'm having some issues with a Server 2012 Hyper-V Host server with failover clustering installed. It's a two node cluster that has fiber attached storage. We're having intermittent problems (maybe once a week or less) and I'm wondering if there is a hotfix or something someone has came across to fix this issue. I've also noticed this issue on a Server 2008 R2 hyper-v host cluster. Here are some details from the system log that I can see. Thanks

Cluster Shared Volume 'CSV1' (CSV1) is no longer available on this node because of 'STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT'(c00000b5)'. All I/O will be temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished.

Cluster Shared Volume 'CSV1' (CSV1) is no longer available on this node because of 'ERROR_TIMEOUT(1460)'. Please troubleshoot his nodes connectivity to the storage device and network connectivity.

Cluster node "ComputerName" was removed from the active failover cluster membership. The cluster service on this node may have stopped. This could also be due to the node having lost communication with other active nodes in the failover cluster. Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapters on this node. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected such as hubs, switches or bridges.
