Hyper-V cluster not started

The situation is such. There is Hyper-V cluster from three Windows Server 2012 servers. The general disk subsystem is connected as iSCSI. All this worked without failures.

It was required to transport all servers in another of data center. I stopped all virtual machines in a cluster and in turn stopped all nodes of a cluster. When all cluster moved, everything was connected as was. But one of servers of a cluster failed and requires repair (now is not working). After start of two remained cluster nodes I see that there is no cluster. I can't be connected to it by Failover Cluster Manager. In attempt to be connected from one of nodes of a cluster the error message is given (on Russian GUI):

В журналах событий вижу несколько ошибок:

Source: iScsiPrt

ID: 1

Initiator failed to connect to the target. Target IP address and TCP Port number are given in dump data.

In data of a dumping of this error the addresses IP of ports of a disk subsystem are listed. However the ping command to these addresses passes successfully.

Probably, somewhere the problem reason is covered here, but to understand that not so I can't.

Also I see such error in the event log after attempt to open a cluster in the manager:

Source: FailoverClustering-Manager

ID: 4683

Failover Cluster Manager failed while managing one or more cluster. Error: "There were one or several errors.". Additional data see in the channel of diagnostics of the manager of fail safety of clusters.

Over time there are some more errors in the event log.

The Cluster service service terminated with inner error.

The Cluster service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 6 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart service.

Source: DistributedCOM

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer cls-smt01.moscow.sovmortrans.com using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID 1577 (C:\Windows\system32\ServerManager.exe).

cls-smt1 is name of cluster.

Please help me!
