Access Denied to Existing NLB Cluster

Hello,

If I posted this in the wrong place, I am sorry, please let me know!

OK, so I have 6 Windows Server 2008 R2 terminal servers in an NLB cluster. The cluster was set up using a domain admin account and they are all on the same subnet and domain. As a best security practice, we turned off the domain administrator account and created individual domain admin accounts for each IT staff member.

Now I am unable to open the NLB Manager and connect to the existing cluster. All I get is "Access Denied". The account I am using is a domain administrator account so it has local administrator right on each server. The cluster is still up an functioning, I just can't manage it.

I have tried manually adding my individual account to the local administrators group on one of the servers and I am still not able to connect. I even tried turning on the old generic domain admin account on that set up the cluster and it can't even connect.

Is there a setting somewhere that I can give my new account permission to the cluster without destroying it and recreating it? I am looking for any suggestions at this point!

Thank you in advance!
