Add new heartbeat network for existing Windows Cluster

Hi, im running a 2012 Windows Cluster (running SQL 2012 Always On cluster).

I discovered that there is an error in the NIC added on one of the nodes, and I need to replace the existing private cluster network.

I added the NICs on both nodes, added IP address and all, is there a way to add this new network to the cluster and in some way replace the existing private network?
