Direct Access 2012 fails after installing NLB

I have installed Direct Access 2012 on vmware virtual machine and when using only one server without NLB everything works fine.

There are two network interfaces, external and internal. External with two consecutive IPs because of Teredo. Network location server is in the same server

I'm trying to use NLB in unicast mode. Network location server works ok but Direct access connections don't. Basically client can open connection because it appears on remote access clients status list but it cannot for example use network shares. Connection also cuts and connects again and again and use only IP-https.

I can ping cluster IP ja host IPs and FQDN.   

Any clues what to do?
