event 1196 dns bad key when registering CNO

I am getting these errors when registering Cluster Name on Windows Server 2012. I followed advice described in other post: deleted CNO dns record, created CNO dns record manually ("Allow any authenticated user to update DNS records..."checked) but error did not get away. Cluster nodes use the same DNS servers (assigned by DHCP) and update DNS records properly.
