Hyper-V Capacity Planner - missing cluster resource

After running the Hyper-V Capacity Planner I found one of the monitored virtual machine cluster roles to be missing its virtual machine resource. The vm remained online, and I was able to remove the empty cluster role and add the vm back to the cluster without issue, so no real harm.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?  I like the data the report provides, but I'm obviously a bit wary of using the tool again.

Environment: Two node Hyper-V 2012 R2 cluster with remote storage on a Scale Out File Server cluster.  I ran the tool on one node of the cluster against a subset of the vm's running on it just to get a look at the report.
