Server 2012 r2 Failover Cluster Manager, Network Name Resource issue

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to where to all of the places the Network Name Resource is created when you create a Failover Cluster Role. I am attempting to create a role with a specific name. The name ***-***-T fails to bring the role online with the following error message in the Cluster Event Log "Cluster Network Name resource "***-***-T" cannot be brought online because the name could not be added to the system for the following reason. You were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network.

If I change the name of the role to ***-***-TT with all the same information to include IP and storage it works. Does anyone know how to clear this information. I have manually removed it from AD, DNS and the Registry and still get the same message. Any help is greatly appreciated.
