Match logicaldisk counter to harddiskvolume#

Hi There,

When monitoring the Avg. Disk Sec/Write and Read with perfmon on a Clustered Shared Volume the Instance name is HarddiskVolume<number>. How do u match this with the clustered shared volume? how to determine what disk it is?
