Error while creating new share clusterd shared Volume (CSV) - The resources must be online on the same node for this operation

Hi all,

We have two node 2012 R2 STD failover cluster with CSV storage. SQL 2014 is running as role. now we want to create one folder share on one of the CSV disk (C:\ClusterStorage\DATA) but getting below error.

The resources must be online on the same node for this operation

Below link did not helped in this. can anyone let us know if this is expected behavior in this scenario ?
