One of the failover clusters failed to start

Hi,

I want to know the solution of the following problem. One of the failover clusters was found not joining the service with the following error shown "An error occurred attempting to start the cluster service on node TCTMT-02. The dependency service or group failed to start, error ID-2147023828 (8007042C)."

Can any one guide me how to recover the problem, thanks.
