How to create a Shared Drive (CSV) in Hyper - V 2012

Hi,

I pretty new with the Hyper - V (Windows Server 2012 Data Centre) and all my VM's are hosted in Hyper - V.

My Cluster VM's are also on the same Hyper - V

I want to configure a failover cluster setup, for this I need to add a Quorum drive and one Shared Drive.

So how do we create a CSV (Cluster Shared Volume) drives in Hyper - V?, earlier I use to use VMware 4.1 by using putty we use to create a shared & quorum disks.

Do we have any such command or tool to create the CSV in Hyper - V environment.
