Win2k16 - Quorum Type Missing - Lab Cluster created with W10 Hyper-V and Nano Server (nested virtulisation)

Hi Folks

Using Windows 10 Hyper-V as the host, I have built a 2016 Server 2 node cluster lab as follows:

1 x Domain Controller (Full Server, Failover Cluster Manager installed here)

2 x Cluster Nodes (Nano Server with Hyper-V / nested virtulisation)

Failover Cluster Manager shows no 'Quorum Type' in the right hand panel when the cluster name is selected.  The label 'Quorum Type' is not even shown.

You can right click the cluster name 'Quorum/more actions/ Configure Quorum Settings', and manage the settings.  In my case I have used advanced and selected all nodes and added a Disk Witness.

Also Get-ClusterQuorum shows no 'Quorum Type':

The 'nodes' section in Failover Cluster Manager shows that each node has a vote.

Is this because I am running the cluster within a VM environment?
