EventID 5774: The dynamic registration of the DNS record 'X' failed on the following DNS server

I have many of those errors in the event viewer and I can understand also because it fails:

The dynamic registration of the DNS record 'X' failed on the following DNS server:

DNS server IP address: 164.128.36.34
Returned Response Code (RCODE): 5
Returned Status Code: 9017  

There is no DNS server with the IP 164.128.36.34! From where is getting this IP? The DNS server is running locally on the same machine!
