Cannot change owner on Storage Pool after upgrading one node to WS2016

We have a 2-node fileserver cluster that until now has been running WS2012R2. The two nodes have a shared JBOD with a bunch of SAS drives. There is a storage pool configured to use these drives in the failover cluster. Until now everything has worked very stable and without issues when changing owner of the storage pool.

There is also a DELL MD3200 SAN using SAS, but not in the same loop as the JBOD and does not show any problems.

Now I have upgraded (evict and reinstall) the first node. However, after adding the WS2016 node back to the cluster, I have the problem that the storage pool fails if I try to change ownership to the WS2016 node.

The information on the failed storage pool says: The requested resource is in use

Has anybody seen the same issue?
