Fail Over Cluster failed due to IP conflict

Hi,

We have configured a clustered service for one application between 2 nodes. Nodes configured with Windows server 2008 R2 OS.

Suddenly our clustered services went down with IP conflict error. When we checked the system event logs, we noticed event id 4198 & 4199. 

As per Network team, same IP addresses are not configured in any other devices within Network. Please advise.
