Inactive node's NTBACKUP not running pointing to error in VSS

Hi

In a cluster environment , one node which is INACTIVE (Windows Server 2003 Ent.64 bit), while executing the NTBACKUP command  the following errors occur and unable to perform the backup

Any help is really appreciated
