Fix Hyper-v Storage location

I need to correct a mishap in the placement of a VM on a 2012 failover CSV.  A vm nameddc4 was placed in a folder...

C:\ClusterStorage\Volume1\dc2

I need to either rename the folder on the csv from C:\ClusterStorage\Volume1\dc2 to C:\ClusterStorage\Volume1\dc4 or Create a new folder and migrate the storage. 

I believe that migrating the storage would be the better way to go.  The problem is I do not know how to create an empty folder on the CSV.

Please let me know if I omitted any pertinent info.
