Shutdown/drain NLB host

Environment:  (3) host NLB cluster running on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise servers

I need to shutdown one of the hosts so I need to know the proper way to drain the host without dropping any users connected. I see the following choices under the Control Host pop out:  Start, Stop, Drainstop, Suspend or Resume

Also, once I bring the host back up, how do I bring it back up within the cluster?
