CSV volume missing from node after reboot?

I have a production HA cluster with Hyper V and CSV volumes, and 2 nodes.  This last weekend while patching the nodes I am no longer seeing the volumes under the c:\clusterstorage.  The only errors I get are below for my two volumes.  I have not changed anything network or SAN wise.  I have evicted the node and re-added it.  The cluster validation has no problems since node 2 is working fine.  I can even fail-over the CSV but it will freeze all the VM's.  I have rebooted the node and even removed and re-added it back in the domain.  I have looked everywhere for an answer, and not sure what else to try.  Any help would be appreciated.

Cluster Shared Volume 'management_csv_01_lun' ('management_csv_01_lun') is no longer accessible from this cluster node because of error 'ERROR_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO(1351)'. Please troubleshoot this node's connectivity to the storage device and network connectivity.
