I have created a cluster of 2 physical servers successfully. I had 14 SAN drives attached and 14 show up in the Failover Cluster Storage. I am installing SQL Server 2008R2. However, the drives letters and their Cluster Disks reported in Failover Cluster Manager Storage don't match the drive letters and their disks in Storage Disk Management.
It looks like SQL Server is picking up the drive range from Storage Disk Management, i.e the SAN drives allocated before I created the cluster instead of from Cluster Storage, causing errors in allocating drives. How can I reconcile the two storage sets?
