BSOD:bad_system_config_info when start vm on csv

Hello,

I get BSOD when start VM with 2008 ISO boot: bad_system_config_info  Technical information:

STOP: 0x00000074

When VM starts I can see Windows logo but then it comes to BSOD.

I don't have any notification in event viewer related to this.

However, I have an error that comes every 15 minutes. I cannot find how to fix this error but don't think that it may have an impact on started VM:
