We have one set of SQL Cluster and Hyper-V cluster, both are a two node failover cluster.
Both of them constantly core dump 0x9e.
We found that the symptoms is, one network card (Cluster Public) goes to no response, and later it core dump.
While before its start core dump, though the other network card (Cluster Private), we can remote it by remote desktop.
This situation always happened when we send and receive a lot of traffic, like backup though network.
We have already updated the network card driver to latest version, but the symptom is the same.
The server hardware is NEC R120e-2M, network cards are Broadcom NetExtreme. The were tested by NEC and found no hardware problems.
Any known issue could cause this issue? Security patches are updated to last October by windows updates.
Thanks,
KS Chung
