Printing HA on Windows Server 2012

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure HA for Printing with Windows Server 2012. There's a few things that I need assistance with as below. 

1. I'll need HA for server hardware and also printing services so if there's any error on hardware or printing services, it will auto switch over
2. I'll also need to have HA for a Print Management Software where I'll need it to auto switch over if there's any application services error
3. I'll have 2 servers hardware and 1 SAN storage. Please advice what Windows Server license should I run and if possible guide on how to setup the HA
