Pre requisites for configure Windows Failover cluster with multi subnet.

Could you Pls. confirm the following pre requisites steps. 

Pre requisites for configure Windows Failover cluster with multi subnet and SANLESS quorum witness

1. Identified total 3 Nodes with Windows 2012 R2. For all Nodes HyperV Platform.
2. Tow Nodes for Local datacenter with same subnet, and one Node for DR datacenter with different subnet.
3. Can we use not assigned public IP address in cluster side with two IP address on multi subnet while creating cluster configuration?
4. Create pre-staged cluster objects in AD for cluster resource storing in cluster object and accessing all participate. (due to domain don’t have admin privileges)
5. Enable Failover cluster features each nodes.
6. Does it require to configure File share witness? Or can we use Node Majority quorum for automatic failover?
7. What type of cluster ROLE to be created in HYPERV system?
8. The above setup will be participate to SQL SERVER 2012 AlwaysON availability group.
