Need help to remove a role from a Server 2012 R2 Cluster

Morning All

I'm stuck and its my own fault :(

I have setup a 4 node cluster and configured a test VM role and allocated it a CSV drive.

I have then decided the CSV needed re-configuring from RAID 5 to RAID 10 for performance, so shut down the cluster. Copied the VM's via filemanager to another area, intending to copy them back once the new CSV was in place. Reconfigured the RAID card. Set the CSV backup in the cluster manager.

I'm now left with a Role that won't start because its VM is missing, but cannot be deleted as Failover Cluster Manager just hangs when I try and select the role to delete it.

I have also tried to use powershell commands.

get-clustergroup shows me my group (UKWORTEST)

remove-clustergroup UKWORTEST gives me an error that its not empty and I need to remove resources first.

I lastly tried remove-clustergroup UKWORTEST -Force -RemoveResources and it accepts the command but just seems to hang there...

Any help or advice gratefully received.
