Cluster windows 2012 R2 fails over only quorum disk

Hello everyone

I'm working on my SQL certification and I'm trying to setup Cluster on windows 2012 R2
Here is my setup

1. File sever (iscsi target server with 3 disk, quorum, data and log disks)
2. SQL1 node (iscsi initiator, connected and mounted 3 disk before creation of cluster)
3. SQL2 node (iscsi initiator, connected and mounted 3 disk before creation of cluster)

No extra network card for Iscsi or heartbeat (figure I do not needed as this is just a test)

Cluster manager installed on File server
Cluster validated before creation, then created, now shows 3 disks under Storage-> Disks

As a test I moved cluster from node 1 to node 2 only to see that 1 disk out of 3 are mounted on node 2
Still cluster shows 3 disk under Storage-> Disks but if I click on cluster name in cluster manager snapin I see
under Cluser core resources only one disk -> Quorum Disk

Its been a while since I installed cluster so I am not sure if I am missing something here or maybe windows 2012 R2 does things differently ??

Please help me to resolve this issue.

PS

Other 2 disk are showing as reserved under disk management on both nodes
