WS2012: Failover Clustering - Generic Script on PowerShell ?

Hi all.

I'm trying to figure out how can I create custom conditions to initiate failover (transfer role to another node).

It seems that it can be done with Generic Script resourse, but the only problem is that the script must be written in VBScript.

Is there a way to create such Generic Script resourse with PowerShell ? Could someone please provide links to documentation (I haven't found any) or describe the process?
