Always On Availability Group SQL 2012 databases on WSFC - Migration

Hello-

We have SharePoint SQL 2012 Enterprise edition Always On Availability Group databases that are on WSFC.

Node 1: Physical machine  - Primary  |    Node 2: Physical machine - Secondary 

Question: We want to convert these physical machines to Virtual and then move these virtual machines on to new physical host server that is clustered (WSFC - Hyper- V) b/n two data centers. How can we migrate or move those Share point AAG databases to these new physical host please? . The physical machines must be converted to VM but will be placed on new physical host that is clustered.

I appreciate if you keep your answers in steps ?

My thought is -

 Convert Primary replica physical machine to VM -   Next do the same to secondary replica - then move those new converted VM machine to new physical host and add them to WSFC group.
