What is the needs of disk bus driver in Failover Cluster validation?

What does Failover Cluster needs the disk bus type driver to perform or act to support Windows Failover Cluster?

I used scsicmd.exe (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH72086) for a SCSI-3 PR validate, I found that the disk passed all the test in scsicmd. But when I validate the Failover Cluster, I got disk bus type not support error, and can't do more validate about cluster disks.

I am wondering if I missed some thing? What can I do if I want to make my disk bus type  support Failover Cluster?
